What to expect on your first visit

Come in comfortable athletic clothing. We provide everything else for your first class — no gi or gear required.

We will walk you through the space, introduce you to the group, and answer anything you want to ask before you step on the mat.

Beginners drill fundamentals with a coach. Nothing is compulsory, and you set the intensity on day one.
